As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: Benefits: - Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments and resolve inquiries. - Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor. - Assist new patients with completing forms and explain what documentation is needed. - Ensure patient information is accurate including billing and insurance information. - Maintain, manage, and update patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations. - Calculate benefits and collect patient co-pays. - Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality. - Ensure the reception area and waiting room are tidy and presentable. - Other duties as assigned.
