O verview: In this role, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive interview experience in support of exceptional outcomes for our clients. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics for recruitment events and internship programs, managing background checks, and generating reports that support data-driven hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities: Schedule Interviews: - Efficiently schedule 150-200 interviews a month, coordinate candidate travel, and manage last-minute scheduling changes in the hiring process - Utilize ADP Recruit to schedule interviews, including using self-scheduling and specific date and time features. - Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and ensuring a high-touch experience. Internship Program Logistics: - Coordinate logistics for the summer internship program. This includes managing on-site events such as reserving conference rooms, ordering food, and managing hotel and/or travel reservations. - Screen intern candidates and send qualified candidates to hiring managers. - Prepare and send offer letters with guidance from the Recruiters....
