Then we need you to coordinate our driver/courier activities. You will be a part of our Operations support department, and will, in close cooperation with 8 colleagues and 70 drivers/couriers, make sure we deliver and collect as agreed with our customers. The job is full time with shifts between 6 am and 9 pm Primary tasks: - Motivate, service and coach drivers - Make sure that all deliveries and collections are done in the most efficient way and in agreement with our policies and standards - Participate in implementing new procedures and processes - Maintain positive communication and teamwork with drivers, customers and colleagues, Skills and personality: - Industry and dispatch experience - Good knowledge of Zealand geography - Written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English required - Proactive and committed - Team player - Coaching skills - Thrive in a high pace environment...
