City/State Hampton, VA Work Shift: Rotating Overview: Sentara Carplex Hospital is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist for our Inpatient Pharmacy team! Location: Hampton, VA: Status: Full Time (36 hrs/wk), nine 8 hour shifts per pay period (every two weeks) Shift: 8 hour shifts, Rotating Days and Evenings (Occasional Overnight) Central shift weekday times begin at 0730 or 1300 Clinical shifts begin at 0700, 0800, or 0900, depending on coverage Weekends: 1 full weekend and at least 1 additional weekend day per 6 week schedule. Holiday Rotation: 1 of 3 summer (Memorial, Independence, Labor) and 1 of 3 winter (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) *Hours may vary to meet the needs of the pharmacy, and provide occasional weekend or overnight coverage as needed. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible and accountable for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt pharmacy services. Participates in all necessary aspects of the medication-use system while providing comprehensive and individualized pharmaceutical care to the patients in their assigned areas.
