Job description

U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking Plumbers in Philadelphia. Responsible to OM&S Contractors Pm and the respective OM&S APM. Receives and responds to service calls, takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations or system breakdowns; and oversees trades workers, and routine preventative and corrective maintenance programs. Must be available by phone while off duty. Essential duties and responsibilities: - To be responsible for the operation and maintenance requirements of the assigned trades workers, insuring that all such services are accomplished in an effective and efficient manner. Being mindful of Manpower, Material, and time management of all PM,CM, and Capital improvement projects - Receive and respond to service requests from the representatives of the PM to advise the OM&S PFM and APM of all such actions taken and of any unresolved problems - Respond immediately to emergency situations initiate emergency operations procedures and to advise the OM&S PFM, APM and CFCF,RCF,PICC Administration/Security when resolution of an emergency exceeds the capability of the shift personnel - Issue directions and instructions to assigned...
