Job Title: EVS Attendant Positon Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Casino Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the casino premise. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the Casino floor, guest common areas, back-of-house areas and offices. Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm in approaching one's daily tasks. For example, standing tall, not leaning or slouching in their work area, displayed open body language, smiling during their shift. - Engage with guests courteously, offering assistance, and using polite phrases such as "excuse me," "thank you," and "may I." - Actively participate in company or departmental events and promptly respond to service calls within the designated area. - Maintain effective communication via radio to answer and make service calls to other departments. - Display a willingness to work outside of assigned areas, show pride in work, and suggest improvements where necessary. - Maintain focus on guest service and refrain from excessive socializing with coworkers during working hours. - Perform various cleaning tasks includin...
