Join our vastly diverse Northwest division, conducting supervisory duties on multiple projects around the Pilbara Region. - Blast and paint background required - FIFO from Perth or Port Hedland residential role - Various ongoing projects across the Pilbara THE ROLE: - Day-to-day site supervision - Manage multiple crews of blaster painters - Guide the team on productive safe work behaviour - Set up sites and completions - Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours - Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule - Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements ABOUT YOU: - Blast and Paint background with the ability to oversee other trades - Polyurea application experience is desired - White card - Drivers licence - Team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards THE BENEFITS: Submit your resume and one of our friendly recruiters will be in touch with next steps.
