As Property Manager you are responsible for the long term property management and value creation of our portfolio. You will have a broad selection of tasks such as managing the daily operations, budgeting of operational- and capital expenditure (maintenance and improvement) of all our assets, project management of capex works, and implementation of strategic projects throughout the portfolio and many more. As Property Manager you will be the ‘face’ of Goodman for our clients as you will be their first point of contact. More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to: - Manage maintenance works and built strong relationships with suppliers and other third parties to make sure our buildings will stay in perfect condition - Act as a first point of contact, regularly visiting customers to strengthen relationships, coordinating with clients, suppliers and facility management companies - Follow-up on lease compliance, interpretation of lease clauses, warranties, insurance topics and content discussions with customers - Prepare short- and long term capital expend...
