Description Summary: Transporter is responsible for the coordination and implementation of transportation services to older adult clients to include the safe delivery and pick up to their final destination. The Transporter keeps the program director informed of any transportation concerns or needs, to include vehicle issues, booking difficulties, client needs, and change of travel plans. Requirements: Position Responsibilities: · *Coordinating schedule of client appointments for food deliveries, and other travel needs · *Maintaining and ensuring the safety and well-being of client while in transport · *Ensuring that documentation for transportation is completed in accordance with agency policy, including client transportation safety checklist · *Anticipating transportation needs of the program and coordinating efforts to complete · *Ensuring that all vehicle registration and insurance documentation is available in vehicles · Completing all required client data entry, reports, and paperwork in an accurate and timely manner as directed · Documenting and reporting to supervisor all serious incidents completely, accurately and in a timely manner to include vehicle accident reports · Re...
