YOUR CHALLENGE: As a Senior/Staff Product Manager for the Marketplace team, you will: - Drive the strategy and execution of features that show tailored offers to our partners, allowing them to pick those that align with their preferences. - Own and optimize the end-to-end partner experience in the marketplace, from offer creation to selection. - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver impactful product improvements. - Develop data-driven insights to identify opportunities that enhance the efficiency of our partner scheduling process and ensure no guest requests go unmet. - Prioritize the right projects that align with business goals, balancing partner needs with guest experience requirements. - Maintain a strong understanding of partner behaviors and market dynamics to adjust the marketplace strategy and product roadmap. - Act as the main liaison between partners, product, and the wider business to ensure the marketplace achieves its goals.
