Job description

Title: MILSATCOM Satellite Systems SME KBR is seeking a Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Satellite Systems Subject Matter Expert to support Headquarters Combat Forces Command (HQ CFC). This role is focused on the satellite space segment—including satellite architectures, payloads, spacecraft buses, and on‑orbit performance—and is not focused on SATCOM terminals, user equipment, or tactical terminal employment. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with MILSATCOM satellite systems across the space vehicle life cycle, supporting government decision-making related to architecture, acquisition, testing, fielding, sustainment, and operational transition of space-based capabilities.
