As a frontline leader, the Supervisor drives results by bridging the gap between high-level ROPS strategies and daily operational execution. They are responsible for ensuring that the underlying systems and data—the "infrastructure" of our revenue cycle—are set up correctly to minimize downstream billing exceptions and maximize payer reimbursement.
