The Oskaloosa plants include iron and brass foundries, a machine shop, assembly, finished goods warehousing, shipping and administrative offices. Purpose: The MCF Project Engineer enhances the production of world class waterworks products by working as part of a cohesive team that supports and implements technological improvements to equipment and MCF processes. Key Performance Indicators: Sustainability : 100% on time delivery of projects. Sustainability: Less than 10% overage on all established budget parameters. Customer Experience: Attend two professional development seminars/conferences a year. Core Functions of Position: Project Management (40%): Accurately research and estimate cost of engineering projects, schedule project resources and manage contractor agendas.
