Job Description: Be part of the international service department at Bosch Home Comfort and drive topics within our multicultural, dynamic team, collaborating with service colleagues from various countries. - During your internship, you will conduct market research and competitor analysis in our key service areas within the HVAC industry, in order to support strategic decision-making. - In addition, you will develop and document best practices to foster knowledge sharing across our international service community. - Last but not least, you will support the team in identifying and implementing process automation opportunities based on AI tools.
