Job Description Summary Senior Manufacturing Engineering role (Technical Leader) for the Compressor Airfoils Sectors Business in Hooksett, NH. The Manufacturing Engineering Leader will lead professional and hourly associates on all Manufacturing Engineering processes as well as partner with the Business Leader to ensure success of the Sectors Business. This person will be involved in ensuring success in all business facets: Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead transformation through FLIGHT DECK - Lead through daily management the execution of safety, quality, delivery, and cost - Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of the engineering and manufacturing planning teams, including quality, maintenance, and tooling activities in support of the department. Defines and controls production processes including tooling, equipment, operating standards, and manufacturing methods. - Validates design specifications and manufacturing capability of new products through concurrent development with product design teams.
