Role details: - Full time Monday - Friday - On site at our Las Vegas fulfillment centre Qualifications: - Training and coaching a team of team leads, warehouse associates and MHE drivers to maintain high productivity and accuracy standards; - Ensuring high levels of process adherence and order quality through floor audits, pick/pack accuracy reviews, and cycle count reconciliations; - Monitoring and reporting key fulfillment KPIs to management, including units per hour, order accuracy rate, on-time shipment rate, and inventory shrinkage; - Fostering a culture of workplace safety, ergonomic best practices, high service levels, and...
