The Accounting Specialist exists to provide support to Financial Services with responsibilities for travel and official function disbursements, sales tax duties, petty cash audits, state travel cards, contract logs, record retention, and State of Colorado financial system entries. Duties also include payroll journal entries and various monthly journal entries entered and recorded in college financial reporting system. The college offers the possibility for alternative work arrangements such as flexplace, remote work, or flextime scheduling upon completion of training and department needs.
