Maintenance Technician Automation - Nights (6:00pm - 6:00am)

Job Description: *THIS IS A 12 Hour Rotating Shift 6PM - 6AM with a 10% Shift Differential for Nights* The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs on injection molding equipment, robots, adjustments, maintenance, repair and operations of various types of assembly, subassembly, printing, and/or packaging machines. The company scope includes scientific injection molding processing operations and automation equipment in the manufacture of components and devices into FDA regulated markets. This is a high-speed and a controlled manufacturing environment (CME). Responsibilities: - Maintain a clean and safe work area and report any unsafe working conditions - Read, use and interpret measuring devices, gauges and inspection tools. - Perform all required necessary preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment. - Actively participate on teams and offer suggestions for improvement. - Answer machine alarms as they occur and identify and address the root cause. - Follow all 5S guidelines - Perform and document inspections per cGMP for work instruction sheet, on device history sheet records, and work instruction sheet tables - Follow all Lock Out/Tag Out rules - Diagnose and troubles...
