Responsibilities: Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product and service solutions in a professional B2B environment for electric cleaning machines Plan, execute, and follow up on field sales activities within the assigned sales territory (ZIP codes 60–69, 74, 90–92, 95–97) in line with defined targets, KPIs, and the overarching sales strategy Present and demonstrate electric cleaning machines directly at customer sites, including transporting equipment to appointments and clearly showcasing professional applications Maintain accurate and complete documentation of customers, activities, and sales pipelines in C4C, including sales forecasts and budget planning Collaborate closely with sales partners, the Customer Interaction Center (CIC), and Logistics to ensure excellent customer service as well as successful promotions and sales initiatives Conduct basic product training sessions for distributors and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets Qualifications: Completed secondary education (further vocational training is an advantage) and ideally 2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferab...
