Onboarding Specialist-Talent Acquisition This position is based at our beautiful corporate office in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Friday. This position will be responsible for guiding managers and candidates through the onboarding experience. Responsible for various routine and advanced Human Resources administrative duties, which includes HRIS data entry. Responsible for assisting with as well as coordinating special projects as assigned. Provides administrative expertise on the research, storage, retrieval of information pertaining to recruitment and the pre-employment process. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: - Responsible for managers and candidates experience; keeping all parties engaged and informed during the pre-employment/onboarding experience, enhancing the overall candidate and manager experience. - Responsible for compliance in all pre-employment and onboarding phases adhering to organization as well as state and federal requirements. - Builds relationships by providing timely updates, delivering valuable insights and relevant experience. - Delivers unwavering support and top-notch service. - Connects with their audience, networks, promotes talent discu...
