We’re excited to introduce a newly created role at Williams College: the CRM Integrity Analyst . In this position, you’ll use superior analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate operational needs and use expertise and independent judgment to strengthen the systems that power our fundraising, alumni engagement, and career outreach efforts. Acting as the CRM and data systems expert, your work will directly improve the accuracy, functionality, and efficiency of our CRM and related tools, helping ensure our colleagues across campus can rely on high-quality data to do their best work to inform their work and decision-making. As part of the Office of College Relations (OCR), you’ll collaborate with colleagues to enhance data structures, build and maintain essential reports, streamline workflows, and automate processes within our CRM environment. You will design and implement system enhancements, including queries, validations, and data structures, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and data integrity.
