HR Trusted Advisor with German

This will be your future team: Our global team operates from India and Czech Republic delivery centers supporting our client with variety of HR processes for multiple countries. We support our client on its HR transformation journey. We are open-minded, hardworking and ambitious. This will be your future role: The HR Trusted Advisor brings the HR knowledge and experience to deliver unique and high-quality support to the client, ensures that the HR processes are administered and delivered according to the terms agreed by Accenture and the client. As HR Trusted Advisor you enjoy helping people on the phone, via email and other channels with any HR related questions they might have in German and Czech languages. Your main area of support will be related to onboarding and job changes administration. You will be in regular interaction with your stakeholders (HR Partners, Managers, employees), while ensuring all the agreed Service Levels are met along with high levels of customer satisfaction.
