We Make Doors – Where they lead is up to you… Maintenance Fabricator: Location: Stayton, OR: Department: Maintenance Reports To: Maintenance Manager / Supervisor Shift: TBD Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fabricator to support our manufacturing facility through custom fabrication, repair, and modification of shop-built equipment and support structures. This role serves as the site’s primary fabrication expert and plays a key role in improving safety, efficiency, and equipment uptime. In addition to fabrication responsibilities, this position is expected to provide limited Maintenance Technician coverage during absences, planned outages, or periods of high workload. Fabrication remains the primary focus of the role. Primary Responsibilities – Fabrication: Secondary Responsibilities – Maintenance Technician Coverage Portfolio of Past Fabrication Projects (Required) Qualified candidates must be prepared to share examples of prior fabrication or maintenance-related projects.
