Senior Fullstack Engineer (Services)

Company Founded in Berlin, autarc is a ~40 person start-up who were part of Y Combinator's S24 batch in San Francisco. Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations, with the Engineering & Product department currently ~20 people, as we continue to grow throughout the year. Role description: You'll join either our Solar or Heating team to focus entirely on our fastest-growing product area: Services. On top of their monthly subscription, our customers can book additional services through autarc — such as government subsidy applications (e.g. KfW), energy performance certificates, and more. This area is scaling rapidly and we're hiring dedicated engineering capacity to match. Your job is to build and ship new services fast. That means new service types, new country rollouts (Italy, UK, France), and new workflows — often from zero to live in days, not weeks. We expect you to go all-in on AI-assisted development (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to move at a pace that traditional engineering can't match.
