Job Summary: As a Field Technician at Midco, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot services to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your duties include conducting technical assessments, managing service installations and disconnections, and repairing network issues for both residential and business customers. You will work with cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure customers receive the best value for their needs. Position leveling ranges from Field Technician I to Field Technician V, based on experience and certifications.
