Summary SUPERVISES: Not applicable GENERAL FUNCTIONS: This position is responsible for protecting the safety and soundness of mortgage closings for assigned clients. Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate closing documents in a timely fashion for assigned clients. - Review and approve closing disclosures. - Request wire from credit union client with accuracy and in a timely fashion, if no funder - Maintains an average of no less than 3 closing packages prepared per work day with minimal overtime. - Prepare accurate funding’s daily to insure timely disbursements of loans, if no funder - Review files that are in the ‘to closer” milestone for all pertinent documentation required - Review closing conditions and clear as applicable - Make follow up calls as needed to title companies on settlement statement deliver times. - Give funding approval to title companies after receipt & review of funding documents - Post closing, follow up on closing documents as needed for delivery on the secondary market, if requested by post closing. - Always deliver the WOW factor in service to all customers, internal and external - Promotes honest and open communication throughout the company. - Dem...
