Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Performs daily food safety tasks such as pre-operational, operational, and post-operational checks, temperature monitoring, cooler/freezer inspections, thermometer calibration, sanitizer checks, and oversight of third-party cleaning company activities. - Answers inquiries regarding food safety procedures; reinforces Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) through routine floor inspections and self-audits. - Reports non-compliance issues to FS/QA supervisor, FS/QA Manager, and Department Manager, ensuring prompt corrective ac...
