Job Description About the Role: As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Capital Markets portfolio leaders by driving execution, efficiency, and scalability across the business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, sales, technology, finance, and delivery—ensuring the organization operates with disciplined planning, transparent reporting, and measurable outcomes. You will also provide core business management support, including coordinating governance routines, tracking financial and resource inputs (e.g., budgets, forecasts, headcount), applying finance and accounting fundamentals to interpret performance (e.g., P&L drivers, cost variances, capitalization vs. expense, revenue recognition considerations), and partnering with commercial and sales stakeholders to support revenue visibility (e.g., pipeline inputs, bookings/ARR reporting, and performance readouts). You will interact regularly with senior executives and portfolio leadership—helping them make decisions through crisp, fact-based materials and clear recommendations.
