Job Title: Graduate Assistant for Women's Basketball (Part-time) Reporting Relationship: Head Women’s Basketball Coach Unit: IWU-Marion: Department: Intercollegiate Athletics-IWU Marion: Campus Location: Recreation & Wellness Center, Marion, IN Summary of Position: The Graduate Assistant must be committed to the Lordship of Christ, continually seeking personal growth through the regular practice of spiritual disciplines and creating spiritually rich environments for to do the same. The Graduate Assistant will support the IWU Athletics mission of developing students’ Spiritual Growth, Academic Achievement, Leadership Development, and Athletic Excellence. The Graduate Assistant must embody and promote the Wildcat Way biblical values of Kindness, Humility, Belonging, Integrity, and Courage in their life, work, and interaction with others.
