Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job description

We’re seeking a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in HVAC and MEP design for complex commercial and mission-critical facilities. This role focuses on developing innovative, energy-efficient systems for chilled water, hot water, steam, and BAS-controlled environments. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise and proven project leadership skills in large-scale building design. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and documentation of HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial and mission-critical buildings. Produce construction drawings and system layouts using Revit, AutoCAD, and related design tools. Perform load calculations and system analysis with Trace 700 to ensure efficiency and compliance. Coordinate with cross-discipline engineering teams to integrate HVAC solutions into overall MEP designs. Oversee system commissioning, including chilled water, hot water, and steam system performance validation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) required. 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in HVAC and MEP design.
