Job Description: The Event Manager is responsible for driving revenue, client experience, and operational excellence for the Convergence Conference Center and associated coworking event spaces. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all event inquiries and leads the full event lifecycle—from prospecting and sales through execution and post-event follow-up. The Event Manager owns performance across sales, marketing, financial management, and on-site event operations to ensure strong booking volume, profitability, and a best-in-class hospitality experience. The ideal candidate is equal parts sales leader, hospitality professional, and operational manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
