ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monogrammer will select items for personalization and match guest orders. Monogrammer must have high attention to detail and ensure that needle and threading matches guest specifications. Monogrammer must assess embroidered items for any frayed threading and assure quality before items are picked up by guest. Monogrammer must be comfortable performing routine maintenance and upkeep on embroidery machine . SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: 1-2 years retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required) 1-2 years customer service experience Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to operate embroidery machine and adhere to safety practices and policies Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time Ability to operate POS system: Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
