PNC Partner Up Program Opportunities- Graduating Seniors - ( 260003KJ ) Description Patient Care Nurse Assistant: - Performs basic patient care tasks as delegated by the RN and assists, under the direction of the RN, in the implementation of the established plan of care. - Compassionate in all interactions with patients, families, and peers. Provides a safe environment in patient rooms and on unit. - Follows established evidence-based prevention guidelines to promote positive patient outcomes. - Facilitates stocking and ordering of supplies for patient care. Supply Chain Tech I: - Responsible for maintaining overall inventory, and picking up and replenishing supplies, at assigned hospital work areas. Track all related information using handheld computers. - Responsible for keeping supply areas neat and orderly in order to permit the accurate counting of supplies and the identification and removal of outdated supplies. - Serves as primary customer service liaison between Material Distribution and the nursing divisions/units relative to Periodic Area Replenishment (PAR) items, and is responsible for maintaining communications with designated nursing representatives in order to ensure...
