The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna -Evernorth Services Inc. Responsibilities-: - Build, develop, and support conversational Integrated Voice Responses (IVRs) and perform unit/component testing aligned to business needs; - Work with solution architect to provide effort estimates for new projects; - Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams and business units to understand business issues and translate business needs into functional specifications; - Construct application/service architecture; - Develop web-based services on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and locally based platforms; - Deliver user interface design documentation and outline backend interfaces to support functionality/development; - Identify and address issues, including cross-capability and release issues, that impact the integrity of the applications; - Collaborate with design, business, and technology partners to drive technical planning, system integration, systems analysis, design, development, unit/component systems testing, and system maintenance; - Create and maintain code, ensure defect-free programming consiste...
