The Role: Reporting to the General Manager, Development Finance, the Property Development BDM will source, assess, and convert development finance opportunities nationally whilst based in Sydney. The role requires an established network of developers, brokers, project managers, and industry professionals, as well as a strong understanding of Australia’s construction market, and localised real estate drivers.
