Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. - Experience with AI tools. Preferred qualifications: - MBA degree or equivalent practical experience. - Experience leading organizational transformation, with specific value in AI-related change management. - Experience interpreting data to support executive decision-making. - Ability to influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to leadership.
