Overview The Manager, Employee Communications, Strategy & Transformation plays a critical role in shaping how PepsiCo’s global Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization connects, aligns, and engages associates around priorities that matter most. This role partners closely with senior leaders across the S&T function to deliver clear, compelling, and consistent communications that drive engagement, enable transformation, and reinforce One PepsiCo culture across a highly complex, global organization. This role requires a strategic storyteller, trusted advisor, and strong systems thinker who can operate with agility, influence without authority, and translate enterprise strategy into meaningful employee experiences at scale.
