Position Summary: IREX seeks qualified expert consultants in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) to provide organizational and programmatic MEL support. The MEL consultants will support IREX’s Global Impact Hub team to understand organizational impact and progress on our organizational horizon goals and may support program MEL across any of our programs or proposals. Multiple consultants may be hired from this recruitment.
