Supervisor, Production - 18265 Description: Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of employees and must comply with all safety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping standards. What you will be responsible for: Supervise all personnel and operations on shift. Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment. Report any process and equipment problems. Organize work for smooth operation. Assure that established policy, rules, regulations, and procedures are followed. Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees, safety, and housekeeping of the area. Meet production quality and quantity standards on the shift. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Planning, assigning, and directing work. Appraising performance. Rewarding and disciplining employees. Addressing complaints and resolving problems. All other duties as assigned.
