About the Role: The Employment Coach provides guidance and mentoring to individuals with disability, supporting them in achieving meaningful employment outcomes. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering tailored group and individual learning sessions focused on employment readiness and goal achievement. Shifts are currently 2–3 days per week in Taree, with occasional coverage needed in Port Mac (depending on participants). The program is growing, so we’re looking for someone available 4–5 days per week to support additional shifts as needed. Current shifts are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (subject to change). The role requires someone comfortable working 1:1 and in small groups, delivering classroom sessions and providing employment support.
