Note: The employee will be required to complete the Badger Operations Leadership Training (BOLT) program prior to transitioning into the Supervisor role. Salary will be paid during BOLT and will take approximately 6 months to complete. Operations Supervisor - Ontario: The Operations Supervisor is an integral part of the operations team. They oversee many aspects of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to ensuring the operators follow proper safety protocol, onboarding and training new operators, and customer service to clients.
