About the Role: We’re hiring a Process Engineer to design, stabilize, and scale high-throughput manufacturing lines that produce highly customized products. This role sits at the intersection of automation and shop-floor execution—owning material flow, exception handling, and process reliability across both robotic and manual operations. You’ll act as the technical authority on line performance, driving root cause analysis, building robust rework and bypass loops, standardizing workflows, and ensuring manufacturing cells are balanced and capable of hitting output and quality targets.
