Junior Planner Overview: We are currently strengthening our team by recruiting a Junior Planner to support global industrial projects. The role is part of the Project Controls & Analytics function within an Engineering & Construction environment, focused on delivering large-scale, low-carbon industrial projects. The selected candidate will be based in Portugal and integrated into a dynamic and multicultural team. ​ Key Responsibilities: - Develop, monitor, and analyse project schedules. - Perform planning and scheduling activities across the full project lifecycle, from development to delivery. - Review and analyse contractor and supplier schedules. - Conduct time impact analysis, delay analysis, and support extension of time claims. - Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management teams. - Evaluate planning procedures and propose improvements. - Apply standard planning methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). - Ensure schedule accuracy and consistency of project data. - Coordinate planning activities, meetings, and reporting. - Perform baseline tracking, what-if analysis, and contingency plan...
