ABOUT THE ROLE: This is a role for someone who lives at the intersection of practical AI expertise and people enablement. You’ll design and deliver AI adoption programs, coach teams through change, manage AI projects end-to-end, and help Talon.One build lasting AI capability across the organisation. This role is not just about tools or automation. It’s about unlocking potential: helping every Taloner understand how AI can elevate their work, expand their skills, and create meaningful impact. Reporting directly to the CHRO and working closely with the management team, this is a truly cross-functional role with visibility and impact across every team at Talon.One. This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany. Be part of a global (and truly international) People & Culture team, comprising 13 members from 11 different countries (and growing). We actively support over 300 Taloners across EMEA, AMER and APAC. Our focus spans People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Management, and People Business Partnering, all aimed at sparking inspiration among candidates, employees, and alumni.
