Customer Service Representative I The Keller Pointe is the premier recreation and family-friendly community center located in the heart of Keller. Customer Service Representative Job Requirements and Responsibilities: Schedule could include opening shifts beginning at 4:30 am, evening shifts and weekends are required. Benefits include a free membership to The Pointe. - Greeting members, guests and prospective guests in a positive manner. - Manage all front desk-related activities including answering phones, checking in members, signing up new members and giving tours. - Ensuring members are able to update their accounts and answer any questions that may arise. - Supervising the front desk or welcome area to ensure a smooth flow of patrons entering and exiting the facility. - Maintaining the recreational equipment with regular cleanings and inspections as well as keeping the coffee bar stocked and clean.
