Senior Manager - HSSE - Fremantle Terminal

DP World is seeking an operationally focused safety leader to oversee all HSSE functions at our Fremantle Terminal. Responsible for driving on-the-ground safety performance across terminal, this role ensures compliance with regulatory and customer standards while embedding practical, risk-based safety systems. You’ll work closely with operational teams to manage incidents, conduct audits and inspections, and deliver continuous improvement in safety and efficiency. Ideal for a hands-on leader with strong logistics and terminal experience who can translate safety strategy into effective frontline execution. Key Responsibilities –: Provide expert HSSE advice to operations management on serious and high-potential incidents, including regulatory notifiable events with potential litigation implications. Deliver technical guidance to line management to ensure operational risks are proactively identified, assessed, and controlled.
