Senior Sonographer or Sonographer - Pediatrics Echo - ( 25003015 ) Description Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on incentive of $10,000! (Current UI employees are not eligible for incentive) The Stead Family Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Cardiology intends to hire for one position at either the Sonographer, Pay Grade 5, or Sr. Sonographer, Pay Grade 7, based on the qualifications of the successful candidate. Within the Pediatric Graphics Laboratory, perform complex ultrasound procedures at an advanced level that requires independent judgment and initiative in order to obtain information for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness; participate in teaching, evaluating, and advising cardiology fellows, residents, and medical students. Sonographer: - Perform and analyze pediatric cardiac ultrasonography studies including M-mode, 2D, Color Doppler, 3D echocardiograms and fetal echocardiograms.
