Presbyterian Homes & Services – Optage Hospice is looking for registered nurses who feel called to hospice and wish to serve older adults within a caring Christian environment. We are seeking a registered nurse to join our team as an RN Case Manager working in the West Metro area. In this position you will play a critical role in caring for older adults at the end of life - not only physically, but emotionally, socially, mentally, and spiritually. This is a full-time day position Monday through Friday, as well as participation in an equitable on call rotation.
