We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Payments Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all payments, while supporting internal teams and maintaining strong compliance standards. Reporting to the Payments Team Leader, the role is based in our Citywest Head Office, with hybrid working option. Responsibilities: - Process all third-party manual and batch payments accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. - Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals. - Maintain accurate payment reporting. - Working closely with Treasury and other finance team members and dealing with queries from the business as they arise. - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and requirements related to payments. - Provide audit sample requests. - Identify areas for process improvement and recommend sol...
