Under general supervision, but according to established policies and procedures, Credit Manager - Dallas will oversee all loan documentation completed by the Analysts and provide guidance as needed. Principal Responsibilities and Duties: Managerial Responsibilities: Oversees the daily workflow of the analyst department. Set performance goals and provide constructive feedback on performance. Provide training and guidance to the analyst staff to help develop their personal growth opportunities. Ensure that all internal credit policies and procedures are adhered to and assist in the development or enhancement of policies, procedures and forms used by the credit department.
